Submitting a project inquiry, sending an email, or otherwise contacting BAAM Studio does not create a client relationship, professional services relationship, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or contractual obligation between you and BAAM Studio.
It also does not reserve availability in our schedule or guarantee that BAAM Studio will accept a project.
Project scope, services, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, schedules, and other terms will be established only through a separate written agreement between BAAM Studio and the client.
If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a separately signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will govern the professional services covered by that agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its content—including its visual presentation, text, graphics, logos, branding, layouts, project descriptions, design concepts, photographs, renderings, illustrations, videos, and other materials—are owned by BAAM Studio or are used with permission from their respective owners or licensors.
